Relief Your Stress Program

The Relief Your Stress program is an opportunity to practice relaxation and an intimate connection with our body. Here we will increase our flexibility by falling into the pose, which means we will do more restorative Asanas and staying in them a little bit longer, releasing our physical and slowly also our emotional weight to the earth.

However, in order to feel the final and deep relaxation of Shavasana more profoundly, we will put our sleeves up and practice some Asanas that will strengthen us and deepen our breathing.

This program is suitable for practitioners of all levels and especially for people with sleep disorders, migraines, RSI (or tennis arm) as well as for women during their menstruation.
